Community Guidelines

Supernova is a space for women in midlife who are no longer interested in living by inherited paths, and are ready to consciously author what comes next.

It is a room for real conversation, self-discovery, and meaningful connection - where you get to be honest about where you are, and supported in where you’re going.

The strength of this space comes from how each of us chooses to show up.

These guidelines are here to hold the integrity of that.

How we show up inside Supernova:

We lead with self-responsibility
We take ownership of our experiences, our emotions, and our growth. This is not a space for fixing or rescuing - it’s a space for becoming.

We honour confidentiality
What is shared here stays here. This allows for the kind of honesty and depth that makes this space what it is.

We choose thoughtful, respectful communication
We speak to one another with care, even when perspectives differ. We listen to understand, not to respond.

We offer support, not judgment
We meet each other where we are. There is no hierarchy here - just women navigating their own paths, in their own timing.

We share from lived experience
When offering insight or feedback, we speak from what we know to be true for us, rather than advising or directing others.

We engage with intention
There is no pressure to be everywhere or do everything. Trust yourself to participate in a way that feels aligned, while contributing to the collective energy of the space.

We keep the space focused
Supernova is a space for personal evolution, reinvention, and meaningful work. We move away from polarizing or divisive topics that pull us out of that intention.

We handle tension with maturity
If something arises, we address it directly and respectfully, with the intention of understanding - not escalation.

These guidelines are meant to support and protect the energy we seek to create in our community:

A note on the space we’re creating:

This is a curated environment.

If at any point the integrity of the space is compromised, we will address it directly. Continued misalignment may result in removal from the community.

This is not about exclusion - it’s about protecting what makes this space powerful.

Community Integrity

If something arises that feels out of alignment with these guidelines, we will address it directly and thoughtfully with the member involved.

If the misalignment continues, we reserve the right to remove a member from the community in order to protect the integrity of the space.

By being here, you are agreeing to these guidelines and to the shared responsibility of maintaining what makes this community meaningful.

We assume the best of intentions - and hold a high standard for how we show up, together.
